Aishwarya Rao is Lead UX Designer at Salesforce, leading core intelligence experiences for Agentforce. She's designed B2B products across every scale, from India's largest B2B ecommerce platform at Udaan to enterprise SaaS at Freshworks and Salesforce, building a product instinct that goes well beyond the screen. But what really shapes her perspective is how she thinks about AI: not as a tool that speeds up the job, but as a shift in what the job fundamentally is.
