Why this topic matters

Everyone’s talking about AI, but no one’s showing how ChatGPT actually helps at work. In this expert panel, Ops leaders across industries share how they’re using AI in the real world beyond drafting emails—think spreadsheets, docs, file saves, and messy workflows. You’ll learn what’s worth automating, what’s not, and how to use AI to make your job easier (and more fun). Moderated by Linda Mutricy.
