Dr. Danny G. (Glassmann) is a former Dean of Students and Associate Vice President with 20+ years of higher education leadership experience. He has led complex student support, crisis response, belonging, engagement, and organizational well-being work at major public universities, including The Ohio State University and San Francisco State University.

Danny brings a combination of human-centered leadership experience and technical grounding, with a PhD, a B.S. in Computer Science, and certification in Azure AI Fundamentals. Through Wired for Belonging™ and HeartWired™, he helps leaders, educators, and mission-driven professionals use AI with discernment, humanity, and care.

His teaching focuses on practical ways to think better with AI without outsourcing judgment, context or responsibility.
