Krista is a Designing Your Life certified coach, Creative Director and Co-founder of Power Circles. After 14 years navigating complex corporate environments, she left corporate and built a successful coaching business from scratch in just 2.5 years. Today, she supports women and Highly Sensitive People to navigate change and design careers and lives they actually want to live. She co-created Power Circles with Selicia to give women the clarity, tools and community she wished she'd had.

Selicia is a strategy partner at a brand agency, global facilitator and inclusion strategist, with over 20 years in marketing and 8 years focused on brand strategy at some of the world's most recognised and innovative organisations. Her career has spanned media, tech, consulting and entrepreneurship, with relationships and reputation creating opportunities across each chapter. She co-created Power Circles with Krista to help women navigate complex environments, from the team meeting to the boardroom.
