I’m Anique, co-founder of Gather and Grow, and a facilitator-coach helping teams lead through growth without burning trust, energy, or momentum. I bring 15+ years of experience across organisations including Samsung, Pinterest, Cartier, wework, and UNESCO.

I help leaders name the patterns creating friction, practise better options in real situations, and build clear agreements around expectations, ownership, and decision-making. Then we operationalise the shift with a practical plan. Clear priorities, simple rhythms, and the next right actions that make leadership and culture real in how the work gets done, so the business can hit the growth goals it has set.

I'm Leah, co-founder of Gather + Grow, and a change management strategist with 20 years in agency operations.

Before Gather + Grow, I served as Chief Operating Officer at a boutique communications firm and worked inside world-class global marketing and communications agencies serving Fortune 100 clients including Mars-Wrigley, ALDI, Edward Jones, Crown Imports, and Kellogg's.

I work with leaders and founders who are clear on where they're going but whose organizations can't yet keep pace.
