Then I rebuilt my own business on Claude. Today an AI chief of staff I designed runs my mornings: it reads my calendar, tracks every commitment I make, flags what I've forgotten, and refuses to state a fact it hasn't checked.

That last part took work.

Claude gave me confident, wrong answers just like it gives you, and the fix I built became a permanent part of my system.
