What you'll learn
Use Notion as your knowledge base
Organize guides, templates and project documentation in one collaborative workspace.
Give AI better context with Markdown
Turn briefs, strategies and key decisions into structured context that AI tools can understand.
Bring everything together in Figma
Translate strategy and AI-generated ideas into moodboards, components and final interfaces.
Why this topic matters
Design work often becomes fragmented across documents, AI conversations and design files. Important context gets lost, decisions have to be explained repeatedly and the different parts of the process stop feeling connected.
In this session, I’ll walk you through the setup I use to connect three layers: Notion for knowledge and documentation, Markdown for structured AI context and Figma for visual design.
