Why this topic matters

As a Design Executive, your remit spans innovating, building, and sustaining, and often these areas of focus are in conflict with each other. These conditions require understanding how and when to drive connections or divisions, and how to activate your teams accordingly. It takes a clear strategy and durable plan to navigate this effectively.
