Mo is the founder of Friction Fixers, dedicated to making work better by rooting out destructive organizational friction while planting good friction. She led high-performing product and marketing teams, developed successful leadership programs, and served on hiring and promotion committees to invest in top talent. Anita was a 3-time executive award recipient and received two prestigious Webby awards.
Currently, Anita coaches leaders and provides strategic consulting and advisory services to early-stage companies.
Anita holds a bachelors degree in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, where she was also a Mayfield Fellow. She also holds a AI Product Management certificate from Duke University.
