Transform Your Leadership Journey

High Impact, Two-Week Course

Designed specifically for those early in their leadership journey who need a jump start in developing the critical fundamental skills that make the difference between struggling and succeeding. This course goes beyond the basics, equipping you with proven frameworks, interactive practice, and real-world application so you can implement with confidence from day one.

Why This Matters Now More Than Ever

According to Bloomberg, 30% of current white-collar layoffs are middle management positions. The dramatic flattening of organizational hierarchies has created a critical challenge in today's workplace. With fewer management layers, those who remain in leadership positions face unprecedented pressure to deliver results while supporting larger, more diverse teams.

This shift has significantly impacted crucial coaching, feedback, and professional development functions. Employees are receiving less support precisely when they need more guidance to handle their expanded responsibilities. The management skills gap has never been more apparent—or more costly.

Designed and Led by Industry Executives

Learn directly from seasoned executives who have built, scaled, and managed high-performing global teams at Google, Microsoft, PayPal and other innovative companies. They bring their real-world expertise, teaching experience at Stanford University, and executive coaching. The curriculum is grounded in management research and tailored to address the common challenges faced by early career managers. As leadership coaches and educators, they will share the same tools, frameworks, and strategies they use with their clients at leading tech firms (e.g., Google, Meta, OpenAI), startups, universities, and government organizations - empowering you to lead with confidence, clarity, and impact.

Start Your Management Journey Right

Avoid costly mistakes that most early career managers make. Build a solid foundation with proven fundamentals that will serve you throughout your career.

What people are saying

The content was fantastic, down to earth, and well structured!! I wish many managers here at Google take it at some point…I think the the concept of aligning at 3 levels resonates so much because we oftentimes assume that it's implicit that people get it, that we're aligned at those levels… I found the framing and structure so helpful.

I highly recommend this course, especially for managers in early/growth stage start-ups who don't have easy access to a network of more experienced managers to learn from. This course provides great, study-backed content with explicit, actionable steps you can quickly apply to your particular team situation.
