Why this topic matters

After sharing about my own career switch, I was surprised by how many people reached out with questions. I'm left assuming that there are a bunch of tech workers curious about working with and helping *people*, exploring paths to leave tech, and imagining working for themselves. This session is office-hours style: practical, honest, and Q&A-led.

Former Senior SWE @ Microsoft 〰️ Licensed Therapist @ Big Feelings Therapy

I’ve built my career on the refusal to be “one thing”. I believe it’s never too late, and we’re never too old. I’m a University College London-trained computer scientist and an ex-Microsoft Senior Software Engineer. I’ve spent 10+ years inside big tech - writing code used by millions of people and watching how the industry works (and doesn’t). I’m now a licensed therapist, and the founder of Big Feelings Therapy. I have two Master’s degrees - one in Computer Science, and one in Psychology. Happy you're here. ♡
