April Little is a former Vice President of Human Resources, current Fractional VP of HR, executive leadership coach, and LinkedIn Learning instructor with more than 15 years of experience in executive hiring, recruiting, and leadership development. She has held HR leadership roles at L3Harris Technologies and most recently served as Vice President of HR at Bond, a New York City-based security company.
