Live Q&A with Tommy

Ask Designer Tom himself your top questions about how he's succeeded at companies of different stages

Why this topic matters

Design work is never one-size-fits all. Early-stage, growth-stage and mature companies want and need different things from Design. To gain credibility and influence as designers, we must identify and adapt to those needs. Today, guest speaker Tommy Geoco and host Ryan Scott will chat about what it takes to adapt, succeed, and become influential as a designer at tech companies of any stage.
