What you'll learn

Define an agent governance framework

Create an AI Agent Risk-tier Framework

Assess agent risks across data privacy, security, safety, reliability, accountability, and operational impact.

Translate governance requirements into an operating model

Translate governance requirements into an approved operating envelope: what the agent can access, decide, recommend.

Govern an Agent with your framework

Govern in real time: implement technical controls across the lifecycle; Your own agents mapped, tiered & bounded.

Leave with a reusable agent governance blueprint

Walk away with a framework you can apply to your own agent: risk-tiered, boundary-mapped, control-aligned, and ready.

Why this topic matters

Do you find yourself asking, "Are we ready to let AI take action, not just suggest it? What's our Agentic AI framework? AI agents are making decisions by accessing data, triggering workflows, and shaping decisions. But most governance was built for static models and isn't catching up. Join us to learn how to set boundaries, controls, and oversight before agents make decisions without oversight.

Move from Responsible AI theory into credible, employable execution

RAI Academy is a practical Responsible AI and AI Governance training business for professionals who want to move from theory into credible, employable execution.

It teaches people how to perform the actual work expected in AI governance roles, not merely explain frameworks or pass certifications.

Many professionals know terms such as the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk, fairness, and AI monitoring, but they cannot confidently produce the deliverables that meet employers' and clients' expectations. We solve this gap.

Core audience

RAI Academy is designed for:

  • Privacy, risk, compliance, legal, product, and cybersecurity professionals moving into AI governance
  • Technology and data professionals seeking Responsible AI roles
  • Existing AI governance practitioners who need stronger implementation skills
  • Managers and consultants who must advise executives, challenge AI projects, and build governance programs
