Arvind Narayanamurthy is the Co-founder of The Gen Academy, Previously AI Solutions Architect at Ema, and Founder of Eikos Health. Arvind holds a Master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University. Lena Hall is Senior Director of Developer & AI Strategy at Akamai, where she helps organizations adopt and scale AI in production. Previously, she led Developer Experience at AWS and held engineering and developer advocacy leadership roles at Microsoft, following her work as a software engineer at Microsoft Research. With over 15 years of experience in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI, Lena is a recognized international speaker known for her practical insights on coding agents, AI engineering, and building reliable production AI systems.
