Diane Sadowski-Joseph is the Head of Product and co-founder of Clarinet, an AI enablement and training company, where she has guided 70+ companies through AI strategy and rollout. Over a 20-year career leading organizational transformation, she has trained more than 100,000 professionals globally.

Her work centers on the people side of AI: the habits, workflows, and incentives that decide whether a rollout changes how work gets done or stalls at a pilot. She writes and speaks on human–AI collaboration and responsible implementation, and advises People, operations, and L&D leaders on where to start and what to measure instead of tool usage.
