Director of Product at Pinterest, Harvard MBA, Mom of 2

Growing up as an immigrant, I was raised to hustle. My ambition started during my early career on Wall Street and intensified after getting my MBA at Harvard. As I moved up the ranks in product leadership, I was determined to empower ambitious women along the way.

Then, I had a baby. My ambition grew, but so did my commitments outside of work as a busy mom. I wanted a playbook for navigating motherhood while managing a high-powered job, but it didn't exist.

As I kept getting promoted, I researched best practices on how to win at work as a mom. After having my second baby, I decided to build the playbook I wished I had to help ambitious moms thrive.
