Course overview

Master the career playbook for high-achieving moms

Do you find yourself searching for a playbook on how to get promoted after having kids, but worried about sacrificing your limited personal time for professional demands?

Many ambitious moms experience an endless loop of:

Overwhelm from the demands of career and motherhood

Imposter syndrome from less focus and energy at work

Mom guilt for not being available enough at home

Work-life balance is a myth that forces you to choose between your career and personal life, leading to constant compromise and guilt. Instead, we’ll focus on aligning your values, energy, and time to help you succeed as an ambitious mom.

Then we'll craft your personalized plan to align with your manager so you can grow your career.

In this course, you'll learn how to:

- Define ambition on your terms, aligning with your values and long-term goals.

- Craft a "Minimum Viable Schedule" that prioritizes time for yourself and connection with your family.

- Establish systems to help you manage your time and tune out the noise to improve focus.

- Negotiate success with your manager to advance at work while maintaining boundaries.

By the end of this course, you'll have a personalized plan to win at work that aligns your professional and personal life, ensuring you thrive as a leader and a mom.

And you'll be part of an intimate community of ambitious women who want to achieve professional goals while parenting young kids.

With:

- Actionable templates and worksheets to help define values, set career goals, and maintain boundaries.

- Case studies of real-life examples from thriving moms in leadership roles.

- A toolbox of tips and tricks with my favorite science-backed strategies for time management.

Why I made this course:

After my first daughter was born, I faced imposter syndrome and went back to work early to "feel like my old self again." Though I got promoted (twice!) after going back, I was constantly seeking out advice from moms who’d been there.

During my second maternity leave, I noticed a tipping point: many moms of 2 were struggling and leaving the workforce. I decided to build the playbook I wished I had to succeed at work after having kids. My parental leave coverage plan was featured as a guest post in Lenny's Newsletter.

I’ve combined insights from my successful 14+ year career in finance and tech, lifelong study of mindfulness, and research on productivity to share practical strategies that will help you succeed as an ambitious mom.

Director of Product / Mom of Two / Harvard MBA

Growing up as an immigrant, I was raised to hustle. My ambition started during my early career on Wall Street and intensified after getting my MBA at Harvard. As I moved up the ranks in product leadership, I was determined to empower ambitious women along the way.

Then, I had a baby. My ambition grew, but so did my commitments outside of work as a busy mom. I wanted a playbook for navigating motherhood while managing a high-powered job, but it didn't exist.

As I kept getting promoted, I researched best practices on how to win at work as a mom. After having my second baby, I decided to build the playbook I wished I had to help ambitious moms thrive.
