You'll learn from
Amanda George
Product Design Leader (Zillow, Meta)
Amanda George is a design leader and startup mentor who helps teams raise the bar on product quality and develop a culture of excellence.
Over the past decade she has led design across large-scale consumer products at Zillow and Meta, partnering with product and engineering leaders to shape experience strategy, define quality standards, and guide teams through complex product challenges. Her teams have designed and shipped products used by hundreds of millions of people.
She is particularly interested in how leaders create environments where great work can happen consistently, through clear standards, strong feedback cultures, and a shared understanding of what good means.
Today she focuses on helping designers transition from being great at the craft to leading the craft, developing the judgment, frameworks, and leadership habits needed to guide high-quality work in an era increasingly shaped by AI.
