I’ve spent the last decade connecting thousands of designers globally, helping them navigate career challenges and leadership transitions. At InVision, I led community efforts across EMEA and supported the Design Leadership Forum, creating spaces for senior design leaders to collaborate on their toughest challenges. At On Deck, I launched the Design Fellowship, helping experienced designers grow as leaders and build stronger teams.

Now, as founder of Coho, I’m building the decision layer of the internet. My work is grounded in years of conversations with designers at every level, turning insights into practical tools for growth. Students in this session will learn from real-world patterns I’ve observed over thousands of these conversations.
