What you'll learn

Translate UX Value Into Stakeholder Language

Your stakeholders speak outcomes, not design. Connect your findings to the consequences that actually move decisions.

Find Your Allies Inside Healthcare Organizations

Someone already cares about what you care about - they just don't call it UX. Learn to find them and build traction.

Tell Real Constraints From Untested Assumptions

Healthcare is full of rules that were never rules. Learn to spot when "we can't do that" is regulation versus habit.

Why this topic matters

Healthcare UX practitioners don't struggle to do good work. They struggle to make it matter inside organizations that weren't built to receive it. That gap isn't a skill gap - it's an influence gap. This session covers the mechanics of closing it: speaking your stakeholders' language, building the relationships that carry your work forward, and earning a seat before the decision, not after.
