Nishi Biddala will replace AI spend guesswork with trusted plans

I’m a finance leader who has spent my career deciding where large amounts of capital go, and defending those decisions. At a global e-commerce company, I oversaw capital spend on large-scale facilities. I then joined a global medical technology company, where I grew from managing capital expenditure into strategy, analytics, and corporate operations finance.

Today I lead operating expense finance at a global consumer technology company, and I’ve also served as a part-time CFO. I also host the SF Bay Area chapter of Women Applying AI, so I’m close to the spending pressures AI companies face. I teach finance leaders to plan compute, govern operating costs, and build FP&A for AI companies with the same rigor as large-scale infrastructure investment, using practical templates.
