Nick is deeply passionate about the intersection between technology and people. Over more than 20 years in learning, change and transformation, he has worked across almost every sector, helping teams navigate uncertainty and rewrite how work gets done.

He is Founder and CEO of Edifai, where he designs and delivers cohort-based AI capability programmes for enterprises including WPP, Publicis, InterSystems, JCDecaux, Pan Macmillan and the World Bank. The work starts from a straightforward premise: transformation is 10% technology and 90% people.

Nick spends his time in the messy middle of that problem, working with executives on ambition and accountability and with practitioners on the daily craft of using AI well.
