Session 1 — Design and build

Choose a suitable task and permitted inputs. Structure the prompt with context, instructions, examples, and an output format. Build a first workflow around a representative team task.

Session 2 — Test and put it into practice

Compare outputs with source material and your quality standard. Refine prompts, handle uncertainty, document review checkpoints, and agree on owners and next steps.
