Brian McCaffrey is the founder of Next Level Training and a communication coach, facilitator and speaker.

Before starting Next Level, he spent 13 years at Google, where he led teams and worked with some of the world’s largest brands and agencies.

Today, Brian helps individuals and organisations communicate with greater clarity, confidence and impact. His work spans executive communication, leadership development and practical communication skills, with a strong focus on helping people navigate the conversations that matter at work.

It taught me new communication skills and frameworks but it also revealed my blind spots, how to recognise them and strategies for getting the outcomes I would prefer in those moments. These are things I don't get feedback on from my work colleagues but are noticed by them and other participants of the course.
