What you’ll do
Finish the four-part workflow map you started in Week 1, so you come to class ready to pick the first workflow your team changes with AI. It takes about 20 minutes.
What’s inside
How to pick a workflow, with examples of good starting points and ones that are too big for now
Two quick tests to check your pick: contained and visible
A blank map to fill in for your own workflow
A worked example from Harbor Goods, a made-up company
A short checklist of what to bring Friday
Why it matters
On Friday we’ll use your map to find the step that costs your team the most. Then your group will help you score your ideas and land on the one you’ll actually take on. The more of your map you finish beforehand, the more of the session we can spend on your real problem instead of filling in blanks.
Bring to class: your map with one step circled. Rough is fine.
