I’m a leadership coach and facilitator who works with women navigating growth, transition, and reinvention in their careers.

My own career has been anything but linear. I’ve worked across consulting, technology, AI, and coaching, with experience at EY and Google and across multiple countries and cultures. Along the way, I’ve navigated relocation, career transitions, and the challenge of figuring out how to carry valuable experience forward while creating something new.

Today, I coach mid- to senior-level women leaders and design learning experiences that help people gain clarity, make more intentional decisions, and translate insight into action. My approach combines evidence-based coaching with experiential methods drawn from facilitation, theatre, improvisation, and human development.
