Malwina Wojciechowska
Creative educator, learning designer & university researcher
Creative and art-based pedagogy can do much more than make learning more engaging. Used with purpose, it can create space for reflection, expression, connection, empathy and deeper meaning-making.
In this 1:1 consultation, we'll explore how creative methods can become a meaningful part of your course, workshop, training or educational project - even if you don't teach art.
You can bring an existing learning experience you'd like to transform, an activity that isn't quite working, or simply an idea you're curious about developing.
No artistic background is required. The focus isn't on making art - it's on using creative processes to make learning more human, participatory and memorable.
Depending on your goals, we can explore:
Art-based and visual learning activities
Reflective and expressive writing
Storytelling, metaphor and creative prompts
Activities that encourage empathy and perspective-taking
Identity, belonging and intercultural learning
Creative approaches to discussion and reflection
Ways to engage quieter or less confident participants
Combining visual expression, writing and dialogue
Adapting creative methods to non-art subjects
Transforming an existing activity into a more experiential learning experience
The emphasis is always on pedagogical purpose. Together, we'll consider not only what activity you could use, but why, when and how it supports the learning you want to create.
By the end of our 60-minute 1:1 consultation, you'll leave with:
Creative approaches tailored to your particular learners and context
Concrete ideas for art-based and reflective activities
A clearer understanding of how those methods support your learning objectives
Ideas for adapting activities to your subject or audience
Clear priorities and practical next steps
Greater confidence experimenting with creative pedagogy in your own practice
The consultation also includes pre-session review of relevant materials you share in advance, so we can focus our time on your particular learning challenge.
You'll leave not just with activities, but with a clearer understanding of how to design creativity with purpose.
This consultation is designed for educators, trainers, facilitators, learning designers and education professionals who want to bring more creativity, reflection and meaningful participation into their work.
It's particularly suitable if you're curious about art-based pedagogy but aren't sure how to use it, want to move beyond conventional teaching formats, or already use creative activities but want to give them stronger pedagogical purpose and structure.
My approach brings together experience in creative pedagogy, learning design, university education and arts-based educational practice, drawing on active learning, reflective practice, visual expression, intercultural learning and my own experience as both an educator and practicing artist.
You don't need to be an artist to teach creatively.
