By the end of this program, you won’t just understand behavioral science—you’ll design with it. You’ll be able to spot barriers to learning, apply the 15 behavioral strategies, and redesign lessons, modules, or school rituals that are clearer, more engaging, and more effective.

Driven by the mission of making behavioral science more accessible and actionable, he has trained 2000+ design and business leaders and is currently advising the United Nations on behavioral science and AI. He is now spearheading the Behavior-Centered School movement, reimagining education as a system that empowers students and educators to design meaningful change.
Jai is an educator, designer, and learning innovator with decades of experience leading schools and developing inquiry-based curricula. At Aoba-Japan International School he integrates game-based learning, behavioral science, and teacher training, helping shape the foundations of the Behavior-Centered School movement.
Pavan is an education strategist and leadership coach specializing in K–12 curriculum development, teacher professional development, and systems thinking. As Associate Director at Neev Academy, he leads the Teacher Education Network (NTEN), redefining standards and practices for teacher growth in India. A member of the NEP 2020 focus group, he bridges education policy and practice, and co-leads the Behavior-Centered School network to empower educators worldwide with behavioral science.
