Leslie Ferry's thirty-year career spans accounting, marketing, product, sales, and finance, including serving on the executive team that took a company public.

Early in her leadership career, she inherited a capable team, and nothing she said connected. A coach helped her see it wasn't a communication problem. It was a wiring problem. That insight changed how she led, and it became the foundation of her work.

She completed International Coaching Federation training and founded The Career Edge to help professionals and leaders remove the friction that drains their energy. Her book, The Career Edge: Closing the Gap Between Intent and Impact, and Zee, a digital career partner, are built on her frameworks: The Wiring Gap™ and The Performance Loop™.
