Cohort-based Course

4-week course where you'll learn, through hands-on practice, how to automate your business workflows using no-code tools

Course overview

Kick-off your first AI automation initiative

This course is for business leaders and operations managers who are tired of doing the same tasks over and over again, and are ready to build systems that work without them.

You’ve probably already done the hard part: You’ve built strong processes, tested ideas, refined your operations, and they work. But they’re still manual, and you’re the bottleneck now.

This course helps you take those proven systems and make them scalable with automation, by designing AI workflows that fit your business.

📌 This course is made for people who:

- Are drowning in repetitive work: content, emails, admin, lead gen, sales updates, reporting

- Are still stuck doing too many things manually

- Struggle to scale because bottlenecks sit with people, not systems

- Want to automate but don’t know what’s possible, or where to start

- Want useful, practical automations that work

By the end of this course, you’ll walk away with clarity on what's possible, a few working AI automation, and the know-how to implement automation where it matters most.

📌 What to expect during this course

↳ Practical from day one (and fully no-code)

This course is 80% hands-on. You’ll build real automations, prompt libraries, custom GPTs, and working automations, and walk away with systems you can run yourself or confidently delegate.

Decision framework to find opportunities for automation

You’ll audit your workflows to see where your time goes, what’s slowing you down, and what can be delegated to AI. You'll learn a practical framework to identify time-wasters and make smart decisions on what to automate first.

Real automation examples you can reuse

We'll explore working automations built for real businesses. We'll share small tutorials and ready templates with you. You'll try them, adapt them, and see what’s possible in your own systems.

Long-term automation strategy

You'll build your first automations, and walk away with a clear, scalable roadmap to guide future automation initiatives across your business.

Capstone project: your first business automation

You’ll build a real, working automation based on your own processes, something you or your team can use immediately.

Ecosystem support

Access to a community, experts, and like-minded peers.

📌 Tool stack

Hands-on learning with real tools (n8n, Notion, Make, Telegram bots, ChatGPT, Claude)

📌 Use case examples you’ll build or explore:

- Meetings: Create agendas, transcribe notes, make summaries, and assign tasks from your calendar events.

- Emails: Automatically tag or sort incoming emails by their content.

- Admin: Collect data, create summaries, and send regular reports by chat or email.

- Marketing: Write and schedule blog posts, social media updates, or newsletters automatically.

- Leads: Process form submissions, enrich details with AI, add tasks to your CRM, and notify your team.

- Finance: Combine expense data, create summaries in a dashboard, and send monthly updates.

- Productivity: Build a habit tracker that gives you AI-generated feedback.

📌 Course structure:

- Week 1: Audit of your recurring tasks & find opportunities to delegate to AI

- Week 2: Getting the most of ChatGPT (Prompt library, custom GPTs and ChatGPT projects)

- Week 3: Intro to AI Automation tools: make.com & n8n

- Week 4: Capstone project & automation that solves one real problem in your business

- Demo day: Project presentation. Share your progress with the group and get inspired by what others built

📌 By the end of the course, you will:

- Know what to automate, what to keep, and what to ignore

- Have a clear automation roadmap and working AI workflows

- Save 5–10+ hours/week by eliminating repeatable tasks

- Have long term automation vision to help you scale without hiring more

This course was a real breakthrough for me. The material was structured, clear, and focused on practical results. I especially appreciated Lena’s personal approach and willingness to help with any questions, no matter how complex. The most valuable part for me was learning to notice opportunities for automation – both in daily life and in business.

I really liked the format: short lessons with step-by-step examples, plus homework you could share and get feedback on. This kept me motivated to keep going and dive deeper. In the end, I built a habit of using AI not just as a search tool or conversation partner, but as a key part of automating processes that really needed it.
Maria Kruglova

I really liked it right from the start, when we made a table to figure out which processes could and should be automated 🙂 The most useful part for me was about Make.com, I’m still learning to build different automations that are useful for my work 🔥 Your style of teaching and the way you ran the live sessions really resonated with me!

For me it’s especially important that approaches and tools are not just useful, but also thoughtful. In this sense, the course really hit the mark. Lena’s method really resonated with me: don’t rush to automate everything at once, first understand which tasks are worth handing over to AI, and why, and only then decide how exactly to do it.
Alex Shlyakhova

I really liked Lena’s structured approach and the specific framework she introduced for identifying tasks worth automating. As a direct result of the course, I identified several tasks to automate and created a few automations in n8n, simplifying how I manage, collect, and analyse information. Highly recommend!
Alexey Klimenchuk

Lena takes a very systematic and structured approach to teaching. She started the course with an exercise where participants first analysed their tasks to determine which ones were actually worth automating and which ones were not. Only after that did we move on to learning the tools. I now use this knowledge to automate my own personal tasks.
Ilya Omekhin

Thanks to Lena's course, I've built my first flows in Make and n8n, something I had never done before. I also created a bot that collects posts and messages from Telegram and puts them to my knowledge base in Notion. For me, it feels like launching a satellite into space by myself, this is just the beginning!
