The question is whether you build that capability now, or catch up later.
Most AI training teaches you to build courses faster. This bootcamp starts with a harder question: should you be building a course at all?
Faster is easy. Ask AI to "write 5 learning objectives for a sales training" and it will but... they will be generic, inconsistent, and you'll spend as much time fixing them as you'd have spent writing them yourself.
Smarter is different. Smarter means building a tool that diagnoses the real problem first — is this a learning problem, a process problem, a management problem? — and then designs the right solution. A course if that's what's needed. A job aid, a feedback tool, or a micro-coach if it isn't.
Whether you're designing, administering, reporting, or leading: this bootcamp teaches everyone in the learning organisation to use AI to ask better questions, make better decisions, and build better solutions.
You will leave knowing how to use AI not only to work faster, but also smarter.
You'll learn how to build AI tools that actually work — for you, your stakeholders, your team & learners — across your full workflow.
Build a tool to extract learning needs, gaps, and misconceptions from interviews, tickets, or evaluations — structured and cited
Run root cause analysis with AI: is this actually a learning problem — and if so, is a course the right answer?
Produce a problem definition document (business problem, learning problem, root cause, learner profile) for stakeholders
Build a tool generating measurable objectives mapped to learner profiles, style guides and best practices
Use AI to explore strategies, then stress-test designs by having AI walk through as different learners (resistant, overwhelmed, busy)
Produce evidence-based outlines with aligned objectives, activities, assessments — and a rationale you can defend
Build tools for drafting, assessments, editing, image generation, video scripting — with quality checks and reference materials built in
Use production techniques: generate multiple versions, synthesise the best, separate creation from critique, red-team before shipping
Decide when designs become reusable prompts, GPTs, agents, or apps — then build it
Build a tool analysing qualitative feedback using semantic analysis — themes, sentiment, prioritised actions, not vague summaries
Analyse quantitative data to measure learning impact and performance outcomes
