Build a Software Factory: Hands-off agentic coding for experienced engineers
Does what it says on the tin. I enrolled to learn how a software factory could produce quality code sustainably, and that's what I'm coming away with. Sharp and knowledgable instructors, engaging discussions, and homework that really wrapped my brain around the material. Worth every penny.

Build a Software Factory: Hands-off agentic coding for experienced engineers
Good learning material at a good pace.
A lot of ground is covered during the course, with many concepts just brushed over, enough to spark interest and plant the seed for you to dig deeper in your own time (ideal in my case).
The course starts to come together quite nicely around the validation session.
The instructors are receptive to feedback and engaged with the students.
Good ratio of teachers to students.
I am already heavily using concepts and tools from the course in my daily work and projects.
Happy with the course.

Build a Software Factory: Hands-off agentic coding for experienced engineers
The teachers and leaders have a wealth of history actually building and leveraging what they teach. I found them to be very supportive of me even when I fell behind a bit from a standpoint of coding acumen. I took away some key tools and mental models that I could apply to my work.

This training is very valuable, especially if you’re an experienced software developer, and the trainers are like a dream team for this topic. I did the first beta version so obviously there were things to improve, and perhaps too much homework, but this course is solid.
