The 1:1 Coaching Package is ongoing support with Kate or Charley, designed for facilitators and leaders who want sustained growth, not a one-off insight.

This package runs 3 months to start. Each month includes two 1-hour sessions, one-on-one, focused on whatever you're actually facing — a difficult team dynamic, a high-stakes meeting, a facilitation style you're trying to build. Between sessions, you'll receive written feedback and analysis with clear next steps, so the work continues even when you're not talking.

This is coaching built around your real context, month over month — not a fixed curriculum, but a relationship that adapts as your work does.

Billed monthly, 3-month commitment.
