Kathryn Felten
Systems thinker helping people restore clarity & function to overwhelmed spaces.
Overwhelmed spaces are not always about disorganization.
Sometimes they build slowly through caregiving, grief, relocation, burnout, major life transitions, accumulated backlog, or simply too many competing demands over too long a period of time.
At a certain point, the space stops feeling functional. Projects stall. Decisions pile up. The environment becomes heavier to navigate, even when the intention to address it is still there.
This work is designed to help create movement again through practical organization, systems thinking, and hands-on implementation.
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and nonjudgmental. The goal is not perfection. It’s creating spaces that feel functional, breathable, and workable again.
What the process usually looks likeInitial conversation to determine whether the project feels like a good fit for both of us
In-person walkthrough of the space, including goals, pressure points, priorities, and what feels stalled or overwhelming
Development of a practical project outline with recommended focus areas, sequencing, and next steps
Agreement on scope, priorities, and implementation approach before moving forward
If this feels aligned with what you’re looking for, the next step is simply to start the conversation.
