This course began with a revelation: the topic of “Practical AI Privacy” for agentic apps is more extensive and complex than anticipated—it involves more than just working through the OWASP Top 10 lists, but rather considering a wide range of topics. Practical exploration of the newly learned concepts in my own agentic app capstone project.

This class was super interesting! I learned so much - Katherine is an awesome teacher. Clear recommendation, if you want to deep dive into privacy in combination with AI!

Focusing on privacy at the start and during a project would increase the privacy of data and likely result in more robust data handling. Modifying a project after completion would likely be more costly than doing so throughout the project. Good privacy engineering when using AI tools is critical to ensuring an application is ready for "real-world" use.
