You are three months away from a moment that matters.
A new role. A new team. A critical mandate. A responsibility that landed on your desk and needs to show real results — not activity, not updates, but evidence your leadership team, board, or stakeholders can see and point to.
Most leaders at your level know how to work hard. The ones who struggle in these moments are not the ones who lack ability. They are the ones who lose time to misalignment, navigate resistance without a clear method, and arrive at the reporting deadline with effort to show but not the numbers that count.
This program exists for that specific pressure.
In 12 weeks, working together bi-weekly, we build the execution path from where you are now to irrefutable proof of progress — structured so that every session produces a concrete deliverable, and every week between our calls has a clear focus.
Here is what the 12 weeks include:
A strategy call to define your Single Measurable Objective and quantify what success looks like in numbers your organisation will recognise.
Six bi-weekly 1:1 sessions — each built around a non-negotiable executive outcome. You arrive knowing what we are working on. You leave with something concrete.
Weekly focus instructions so the weeks between sessions are purposeful, not reactive.
Monthly progress reports formatted for your SLT, board, or sponsor — real numbers, not narrative.
24/7 email access for anything that cannot wait until the next session.
By week 12, you will have delivered a quantifiable result, documented the process, and generated the kind of evidence that does not just close this chapter — it opens the next one.
If the numbers are not there at the end, we keep working.
Book a discovery call to discuss where you are, what is at stake, and what becomes possible in the next 90 days.
