I'm Jonathan Rozenblit, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).

For the better part of a decade I've coached leaders across organizations of various sizes and industries. Throughout that work, one theme has always been consistent - Leadership is not a title and not a skill. It is how you show up to create conditions for people to be, bring, and do their best. And how you show up is a practice, refined through attention over time.

What I teach now takes everything I learned coaching those leaders and turns it into something any leader can use to hone their own practice. A place for aspiring leaders to begin, and a fresh way for seasoned leaders to see how they're already leading.
