Joshua Tiong will help you build durable systems for impact

Joshua Tiong is the founder of Impact Support Services, where he helps non-profit leaders design the systems and operating infrastructure their missions depend on.

He brings more than 20 years of experience across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. At Avanade, he led digital and operational change programs, followed by seven years at the Business Development Bank of Canada, advising entrepreneur-led organizations on growth and transition. He has more than two decades with the Kiwanis International family and has served on community organization boards.

Joshua has taught strategy, management, finance, and innovation at Simon Fraser University. His work is grounded in systems thinking, operations design, and a practical understanding of how organizations work.
