Jonathan Iker Zamarripa will turn you into an AI-first learning designer

I'm Jonathan Iker Zamarripa, a learning experience designer and AI learning strategist with more than a decade of experience across education and enterprise technology. I've developed learning and enablement experiences supporting teams at IHG Hotels & Resorts and Cox Enterprises, and led technology-driven learning initiatives at Atlanta International School.

I hold an M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Technology from Arizona State University. Through Cinematic Learning Systems, I explore how AI, storytelling, and interactive simulations can turn complex workplace challenges into meaningful opportunities to practice. My approach combines learning science, creative production, and practical tools you can apply immediately—no coding required.
