Before becoming a respected Engineering Manager and career coach, Jim spent over a decade as a senior software developer at the award-winning advertising agency, Campbell-Ewald, and financial services company, The Motley Fool.
He currently serves as CTO for Human Intelligence™ Institute who's mission is to proclaim, protect and preserve the value and meaning of human creativity in the age of AI.
Jim passionately believes that, as Herb Kelleher said, "the business of business is people." He approaches all his work from a people-centric perspective.
