I’m a career strategist and networking expert.

I’ve conducted more than 250 professional coffee chats over my career, continually testing what gets people to respond, what makes conversations useful, what turns a stranger into a genuine professional relationship, and what actually creates opportunities.

For seven years, I helped professionals navigate career transitions and difficult job markets. I coached MBA students, executives and alumni, designed career and leadership-development programs, and delivered more than 2,000 hours of career coaching.

I hold a PhD in Sociology and am a Certified Career Development Professional (CCDP). My approach combines career-development research, extensive coaching experience, and what I’ve learned by doing the work myself in the market.
