Do short prep on your own. Then you and your team join weekly two-hour live working sessions with other teams, including instruction, practice cases, role plays, and guided application to your case. Final submission due end-of-day 5/16/24
Your work in MtL culminates with a management presentation that you prepare and run through with at least one outside executive, factor input into your final submission, and that you turn in one week after the last live session for evalution and grading.
