Designing as a Super IC - A Career Accelerator for AI Native Designers

Rupa Chaturvedi

AI Design Leader | x-Uber/Google/Amazon

Level up your individual and team design competency for AI-native workflows.

Pick any AI-forward company today: Anthropic, Perplexity, Replit, Ramp, or Notion. From framing strategic bets in product economics and architecting AI experiences as systems, to building with validation in the loop and stewarding design systems at AI velocity, designers are defining the future of the discipline.

Organizational leaders and hiring managers like me are not interested in just your AI prototyping skills. We are looking for the strategic and compounding value you can deliver for the organization.

Designing as a Super IC is the career accelerator built for that. It draws from three years of teaching AI Design to more than 2,000 designers and product leaders across 400 companies, plus my own work as a practitioner, operator, and leader watching the role redefine itself in real time.

Frameworks and tools can only take you so far. This program is built for applied learning, not theory: a portfolio-worthy project, exposure to industry-defining workflows and design decision making frameworks, and the confidence that comes from hands-on practice.

We have significantly updated the original Master UX Design for AI, and the updated curriculum launches in July 2026.
