Hawksmoor AI helps leaders put AI to work with confidence

I’m Lara Shackelford, CEO of Hawksmoor.ai. I help businesses apply AI to the way they work and grow.

I’ve led teams, hired and worked with human chiefs of staff, and built my own AI support system around the demands of running a business. My AI Chief of Staff is called Hobson. I bring that executive experience to hands-on learning: clear goals, useful context, thoughtful delegation and practical follow-through.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in AI for Business Strategy from the University of Oxford. I’m a founding member of the AI Exec Board and a Claude Community Ambassador, NYC.
