In two weeks you'll build four real systems on your own documents: a packaged Skill wired to a live Connector, a Cowork automation that drafts real client work, a scraper that watches the outside world on a schedule, and a dashboard that keeps a spreadsheet everyone trusts up to date. Same hours in your week, richer output: less copy-paste, faster turnarounds, and analysis you never had time to run before.
It's 100% hands-on. Four live sessions, two hours each, twice a week, plus two project days to build — minimal theory, maximum learn-by-doing, on the SOPs you actually repeat every week.
Not for you if you're after AI theory, have no real SOPs to bring, or expect Claude to run everything without a human checking its work.
