Most AI advice is about making one person faster; Carl and Hannah are the first people I've seen take seriously the harder problem of making a whole team better. I came in skeptical of yet another folder-structure framework and left with the thing I'd actually been missing, a worked 350-file repo that shows you exactly what a team running on Claude Code looks like, not a slide telling you it's possible. By the end I wasn't taking notes on tips, I was rebuilding how my own system handles context, which is the highest compliment I can pay a course.

So worth the time and money. I applied many learnings immediately but I'm going to have to watch the recording again to apply all the value. My team has a /product-spec repo in GitHub now with our spec's, skills, context and this course will help this repo reach its full potential.
