I'm a Staff Software Engineer with 16 years building and scaling production systems across fintech, SaaS, and enterprise software. I've made hundreds of architectural decisions in systems that had to survive real traffic, incidents, and org politics.

Just wrapped up Gaz’s cohort, and it is genuinely useful if you are stuck trying to move an AI project past the local demo stage. Most tutorials completely ignore real-world friction, but this one focuses entirely on the messy stuff like keeping token costs down, fixing unpredictable agent loops, and setting up proper evals. You end up building concrete artifacts, such as runbooks and eval plans, that you can drop straight into your team's workflow. It is definitely worth your time if you are trying to ship AI features that will not break under actual user traffic.
