Private Training for Your Team

A private program for one organization. Your people, your schedule, and a curriculum built around the work they actually do.

It runs on the same methodology as my public course: non-technical people learning to use AI on the real operations of a real business, one working session at a time, building things they keep. What changes is everything around it. We start from your team's actual workflows, your tools, and the outcomes you're trying to hit, and the sessions get designed against those.

That means a marketing team and an operations team don't get the same program, and neither gets a generic one. If the goal is cutting a reporting cycle from three days to one, we build that. If it's getting fifteen people past the chat box and into real workflow automation, we build that instead.

How it works: we start with a scoping conversation about your team, their skill level, and what "this worked" would look like six months out. I come back with a proposed program, the sessions, and a price. Nothing gets built before we agree on what we're building.

I ran Strategy & Operations at Meta before founding three companies I now run myself. I'm not an engineer. I teach this the way a business person needs to hear it, which is usually why it lands with teams that have sat through technical training and come away with nothing.
