Eric Just Real AI skills for working data teams

Eric Just is so practical and such a great educator of both data concepts (Eric’s vector discussion clarifies model biases and thresholds better than anything) and implementation opportunities (I learn model about open models from him than anyone).

Excellent course. Eric knows this material cold and teaches the practical implications through real worked examples, not just the concepts. By the end I had a much sharper sense of the tradeoffs between LLMs and small models and when small models are the right call. As a non-coder myself, this course was approachable and struck the right balance of technical depth. If you build with LLMs and default to the biggest model, take it. Five stars.

The class was very well organized. Eric did a GREAT job of teaching. The flow of the course, from concepts to hands-on programming details, was excellent. I thought I was fairly well informed about AI before class, expected the class to be mostly reinforcing, but I was wrong. Eric expanded my knowledge is several key areas.
