Executive Coach & Ex-Salesforce Director
Six months. Twelve 60-minute sessions, every other week.
Session one is a working session, not a warmup. We name the pattern that brought you here, the one you've been quietly working around for months or years. By the end of the hour, you'll have language for something you couldn't articulate before.
From there, the work moves in two directions at once.
One direction is inward. Using the Leadership Circle Profile and EQ-i 2.0 assessments, we surface the self-limiting behaviors that are shaping your leadership from underneath. Not to fix you. To help you see what you've been rewarded for, what you've been hiding, and what's been costing you without you noticing.
The other direction is outward. We work on the actual conversations, decisions, and moments showing up in your week. The 1:1 you've been avoiding. The team dynamic that's quietly breaking down. The board update where you need to say something difficult. You bring the real situation. We work it in the session, and you try something different in the week that follows.
Between sessions, you have text and voice access for the moments that can't wait. The five-minute voice note before a hard conversation. The quick question on a Wednesday afternoon that would otherwise spiral for three days. That between-session access is often where the biggest shifts happen.
At the three-month mark, we pause and reassess. What's changed. What's harder than expected. What new problems have surfaced because you've grown. We recalibrate from there.
By month six, the pattern that brought you here isn't running you anymore. You've got a new way of showing up, tested in real situations, integrated into how you lead.
That's the partnership.
Your team isn't tired from the work. They're tired from not knowing if they're doing it right.
Your team can handle the truth. They can't handle the performance.
